Suspension training is defined by Fitnessanywhere as “a new category of exercises for athletes that leverages ones own bodyweight & gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and stability.” One of the greatest things about the TRX suspension trainer is the portability. In fact, it was originally designed by a Navy Seal when he had the need for an all around compact system to keep him in peak physical condition no matter the location.
